Who are we?

Rokos Capital Management LLP (RCM) is a UK Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since September 2015. We have over 200 employees between our London headquarters, New York, Washington DC, Singapore and Hong Kong offices.

RCM is an alternative asset manager that targets consistent long-term returns for our investors within a well-defined risk framework. RCM is predominantly active in global macro strategies and focusses on macro asset classes in developed and emerging markets. The investor base is institutional in nature and diversified by investor type and by geography.

Effective risk management is at the heart of our business. Our CIO, Chris Rokos, heads a small group of experienced Investment Officers with complementary, intersecting skillsets seeking to take controlled risk on an opportunistic basis.  Our investment process is supported by economic research and quantitative analysis to capture and organise data, inform and improve decision making, and maximise efficiency of trade expression. We have a preference for derivative products that allow precise expression of views, analytically defined downside, and convex upside. Technology and automation are a focus across the firm.

Why work for us?

Our people are key to our success, and we think people work best in a positive learning environment. RCM’s culture is underpinned by four core values: Trusted Talent, Challenge and Support, Collective Excellence, and Sustainable Success. Our values capture the principles that direct our behaviour.

In practice this means that every day is high energy and purposeful. We’re focused on delivering success at pace. Every element, of everything we do, is driven by the demand for excellence. We’ll develop you by trusting you, giving you exacting standards, as well as access to the people and experiences that will help you succeed.

You will be given individual responsibility, however you will never be on your own; teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of what we do.

It may not be easy, but it is fulfilling. Even within a short space of time you will have achieved and grown more than you could have imagined.
