Role Overview
We are now offering an off-cycle internship opportunity in our Real Estate business line. The Internship duration will be up to 6 months with the potential to convert into a full-time position.
The applicant will work alongside our team of Real Estate Professionals in any of our offices where the business line has its presence, most likely in London, Stockholm or Paris. We offer full exposure across the different activities and projects. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to financial analysis, market research and preparing investment papers. The intern will support the Real Estate team along the key phases of the investment cycle, e.g.:
- Support research efforts in identifying market trends
- Identify and screen value-add Real Estate investment opportunities
- Live deal execution – support in monitoring our assets including Asset Management value creation
- Financial projects/investigations
The successful candidate can expect to work in an international, collegial, and friendly team and gain experience across a broad range of workstreams and develop unique skills.
Qualifications
The successful candidate preferably has an academic background in a quantitative or business program from a reputable university, professional experience from previous internships in banking, consulting & business development, and with exceptional analytical and technical abilities and drive.
Interpersonal skills are key. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with an investor mindset, whose values complement EQT’s. We require fluency in English, other language skills are beneficial.
