The Opportunity

Building great and sustainable businesses requires attracting and developing the best talent available and our people’s diversity of background, experience, thought, ability, and outlook makes us who we are.

Our internship programme is an important part of our recruiting efforts and allows successful applicants to gain first-hand experience of the day-to-day life as a junior private equity professional.

We are looking to hire Interns to join for a period of four to six months. This is a unique opportunity to gain early exposure to the private equity industry and assume the responsibilities of an Analyst in a tight-knit investment team of experienced private equity
professionals.

Interns will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, gaining exposure to live transactions, and supporting with ad hoc requests. Responsibilities will include screening investment opportunities, conducting market research and industry analysis, preparation of presentation materials and assisting with financial analysis and modelling. There is the potential to convert the internship into a full-time Analyst position, subject to performance and headcount.
