Quant

Our Quant teams are comprised of Investment Quants (aligned to asset classes), and Core Quants (working cross-asset classes). These groups are responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models, trading tools, risk management tools, relative value opportunity identification tools and other quantitative aspects of RCM’s business.

You will be involved in key aspects of a quant project from understanding the business problem, modelling, solving the resultant maths problem, sourcing any required data, and then coding the production solution.

Trading Strategy

Our Trading Strategy team is mainly responsible for providing useful signals for discretionary trading, for example analysing fund flows and positioning, and monitoring government and corporate bond issuance to assess impact on yields. Some members of the team also develop systematic trading strategies, generating signals that automate the recommendation of trades to the Investment desk.
