The Programme

Now in its fourteenth year, Tristan’s Analyst Programme is a structured three-year programme that supports new analysts in developing their expertise across all aspects of private equity real estate. Tristan’s analysts work across multiple disciplines, by contributing to and gaining experience throughout the full investment management life-cycle including acquisitions (equity and debt), portfolio & asset management and disposals. Tristan’s analysts have the opportunity to work across real estate asset classes and European markets.

Skills & Experience

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• An excellent academic record
• An enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Analytical skillset and financial modelling experience
• Good communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills
• A demonstrable interest in the sector and a solid understanding of the key drivers that impact our business
• Fluency in multiple European languages is preferred
• Ideally, candidates will also have direct or relevant experience in the sector
